Planning for the next Enfield Sport General Meeting |

| Last Executive meeting was in November 2017. A couple of planned meetings have been cancelled since then. However, the AGM took place in December 2017. |

| SP said that he had met with James Rolfe, a member of Enfield Council's senior leadership team and the senior officer with responsibility for financial matters. SP raised two main issues: his request to be given a chance to comment on the draft Playing Pitch strategy (JR agreed he should be given a copy of the draft document) and the financial support that was needed to kick-start the development of Basketball in Edmonton. |

Enfield Playing Pitch Strategy |

| Enfield Council have approved a “Playing Pitch Strategy”. |
|
| Simon is disappointed not to have been consulted before publication despite organising meetings and making requests to discuss with council representatives. |
|
| Having expressed disappointment Simon has been invited onto a steering group. |
